All of our boards are shipped via UPS and is only offered domestically at this time. Boards over $300 require a signature. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Holy City Woods is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We believe in our products, if you have concerns please contact us directly. If you an un-opened/used board and you wish to exchange, please contact us. While we are not able to accept returns on custom cutting boards, and boards that have been used we will do our best to fix any problems that are the direct result of a defect in workmanship or materials within one year of purchase
